Event Submission Process

Submit your events in priority order, submitting the most important events to get into the guide first. No promises, but roughly two events per camp will be included, possibly more, possibly less.

All events will be reviewed to make sure they adhere to the submission guidelines in Help.

Please note: There is one 120 character description field per event.

Where do approved Playa Events appear?

  • Playa Events website — All approved submissions made via this website are available right here!
  • WhatWhereWhen guide — A select number of events get into the guide which is available at Greeters Station.
  • Innovate community built applications — Submissions made to this website are available to third party applications (go to innovate.burningman.org for details).
  • Playa Info kiosks — On-playa during the BRC event, submitters can add or edit their existing events at the Playa Info kiosks. Participants can look up events.
